You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Our warehouse is located in Asia, so we advise you to consider shipping costs, which typically range between $20 and $40 USD.

We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking code (Track & Trace), as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Step 2: Ship Your Package
Once you receive instructions from our team, you must ship the product to the address provided. Always use a shipping method with a tracking code. As the sender, you are responsible for shipping, so we strongly recommend using a trackable option.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive the product in good condition, we will process the refund to your bank account within 14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. However, please note that cancellations are only possible within one hour of placing your order.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

The product must not show any signs of use.

All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer's expense.

If the return is due to the customer's request (e.g., change of mind), the customer must bear the shipping cost. The exact cost will depend on the courier company you choose.
